Social media activist Very Dark Man has thrown shots at talent manager Paulo Okoye and media personality Daddy Freeze.
Kemi Filani reported that Paulo, in an interview with media personality Daddy Freeze, named Burna Boy the richest artiste in Nigeria. According to him, the Grammy award-winning singer earned between $80 and $70 million in 2023 alone. He noted how the music star doesn’t have many people working for him. The lover of Iyabo Ojo further explained that Burna has his mother, sister, mother’s brother and a few people who work for him. He noted how the singer doesn’t brag about his earnings or net worth.
Speaking about Rema, he stated that the Mavins singer overprices himself.
Reacting to it, Very Dark Man, via the blog’s comment section, took a swipe at them as he expressed how cute they are gisting like ladies.
“Awww, two ladies gisting, so cute”.
Recall that Paulo Okoye and Very Dark Man fell out after the former defended his girlfriend, Iyabo, from his attack. The activist had dragged Iyabo, claiming she didn’t score a main wedding invite to Davido’s wedding, which didn’t sit well with Paulo, who expressed pity over his condition. VDM hit back, advising him to stay off his issue with the actress, and Paulo clapped back, telling Davido and others to choose between them.
Issuing a PSA, Paulo Okoye made it known that he loves to be insulted. He stated that for all the name-calling people give him, he was unbothered about it as his second name is insulting, and he doesn’t care. He made his haters and critics know that they would be the ones to give up in the end.
His daughter, Vanessa, had lashed out at Very Dark Man for the disrespect, noting how people mistake their silence for ignorance; meanwhile, they’re focused on forging a legacy of integrity and excellence and not on addressing petty remarks from those lacking vision and respect.
