Nigerian Gospel singer Tim Godfrey has penned a touching note to his son, Bryan Godfrey, as he turns 16 today, July 30th.
Taking to his Instagram page, he described his son as his beloved with whom he is well pleased. Noting how his growth had happened so fast, he praised his son for his unique qualities. According to him, his son is humble, focused, hardworking, smart and a football star.
He appreciated his son for being a blessing to them as he noted how his mum, sister and himself celebrate him now and forever. The singer didn’t fail to bombard his firstborn with prayers and expressed his love for him.

Recall that the gospel singer tied the knot with his lover on the 23rd of April, 2023, at a beautiful wedding ceremony held in Culpeper, VA, United States.
The singer had shared photos from the wedding ceremony, which wowed netizens. Showing him support, gospel artists Phil Thompson, Todd Dulaney, and Dee Jones were in attendance as they doubled as Tim’s groomsmen.
Following his white wedding, the couple held traditional wedding rites in Nigeria, in June. His friend and secular music star, Timi Dakolo, serenaded them with his beautiful songs during the ceremony.
The couple has since welcomed their first child, a baby girl, born in February. Tim shared the good news on his Instagram page as he gave fans a glimpse of their little bundle of joy, who has been named Reign.
In other news, Godfrey had shared a testimony of how God delivered him from paralysis, as he recounted how he was admitted to the hospital after severe back pains and hellish pains in the arms.
