The news of Adanma Luke’s ban being lifted by the AGN hit the internet like a storm, even though there’s an ongoing Nationwide protest, and a lot of people aren’t happy about it, including producer Stanley Ontop.

Stanley Ontop took to Instagram to angrily rant about the situation, citing that it was unfair to have lifted the ban less than six months after Junior Pope’s death.

He went on to call the AGN names, stating that they were very wicked and insensitive for lifting Adanma Luke’s ban, considering the magnitude of the situation that led to the ban in the first place.

Stanley Ontop also called for the immediate impeachment of AGN President Emeka Rollas for spearheading the lifting of Adanma Luke’s ban.

He said that the only reason Adanma Luke got her ban lifted was because she knew a lot of top shots in AGN, and he wasn’t happy about it.

If you’re new to the whole gist about Adanma Luke’s ban by the AGN, then you’re in for a ride.

In April, Nollywood lost one of its finest actors, Junior Pope in a boat accident, which occurred on the set of Adanma Luke’s movie.

Junior Pope’s death brought a lot of outrage online, with people calling for the ban of riverine movie sets, and Adanma Luke being cancelled from Nollywood.

Adanma Luke issued an apology, but it didn’t suffice, as she was dragged and insulted on the internet for weeks.

She went AWOL from the internet for a while, but it didn’t help much, as the flames of her controversy kept being fanned with more details of Junior Pope’s death.

The Actor’s Guild of Nigeria (AGN) eventually placed a ban on Adanma Luke, and their recent removal of the ban has been met with a lot of resistance.
