Nollywood actress Rita Edochie has issued a stern warning to the public.
Taking to her Instagram page on Saturday night, the sister-in-law of veteran Pete Edochie made it known that forgiveness isn’t part of her calling. As such, she warned the public to be mindful of how they gossip.
She admonished those who know people fond of criticising others without knowing the real truth to caution themselves.

Weeks back, Rita Edochie surprised many as she made a case for controversial social media activist Very Dark Man. She defended the activist, describing him as a great activist doing marvellously well, as she urged the public to always forgive him, especially for his good job. Showering him with praises, Rita Edochie called him her son, a genius, a warrior, and a man of truth.
Last week, Rita voiced out the irony at which Nigerians criticised her for supporting Prophet Odumeje. She noted how she was insulted and humiliated because she saw something in Prophet Odumeje and heavily promoted him. Now, the same people insulting her run up and down to see him.
She made it known that one of the things she cannot do is to join the world to criticise a shining light because, in later times, he could become the pillar everyone leans on, including those who judged him.
