Nigerian interior designer and ex-girlfriend of MC Oluomo, Ehi Ogbebor, has replied a follower criticising her for constantly showing off.
The mother of three, via her Instagram page, shared a video of her son declining a trip to Qatar for his 18th birthday. The soon-to-be youth had preferred to stay home with his family, which left his mother in awe.
In her caption, the bewildered entrepreneur noted how her son has a proper mind as she hailed him. Counting down to his birthday, the proud mother asked her fans for party ideas since he declined her birthday trip offer, which she believes is to avoid her spending too much.
“Na wah. My Son ehn. Has a proper mind of his own. My Blessed Son. My Leo. August 12th birthday loading. Any party ideas, Biko. As My Oga declined an all-expense-paid trip to Qatar. Me, I know it’s because he doesn’t want me spending too much”.
In her comment section, one of her followers slammed her for constantly showing off. The fan admonished her to keep to herself whatever blessings God has done for her.
“Stop showing yourself in public. Whatever he has given you, keep it to yourself”.
Replying to the follower, Ehi noted how God has been great to her and her family. However, if she were the show-off type, he and many others would be hitting their heads on a well by now. Sending him love and light, she told him not to worry.
“God has been great to I and my family. If I was the show-off type, you would probably be hitting your head on a wall by now. No worry. Love n light”.
In 2022, Ehi stirred the internet after a video online captured Ehi unveiling the different kinds of souvenirs she intended to share at an event. The souvenirs included gas cookers, cylinders, irons, and flasks, among other expensive items to be shared.
Nigerians were in awe of the expensive souvenirs. However, they also expressed displeasure over Ehi Ogbebor’s use of the police force as her errand boy.
In 2022, Ehi had exposed one of her maids for allegedly hacking her safe and carting away $11k. In a series of posts on her Instagram page, the celebrity designer narrated how she stole her money, which was about N8 million. A search was conducted, and the money was found with the maid and a further search led them to her phone and her conversations with Bureau de Change operators.
Despite the theft, last year, Ogbebor had earned praises after gifting her gateman a Louis Vuitton shoe worth $1000 for being diligent with his work and exceptional. She slammed those who thought she was clout chasing with him while adding that she does more for her people behind the scenes.
