Eligibility
Only undergraduates in Nigerian tertiary institutions can participate.
Guidelines
Entries must adhere to the following standards:
- Length: Not more than 3000 words
- Referencing: APA Style (6th Edition)
- Font: Times New Roman, 12-point font size
- Documentation: Typed in double line spacing, MS Word only
- Plagiarism: Plagiarised content will result in disqualification.
Prizes
- First Prize: N125,000 and 2 HRM books
- Second Prize: N100,000 and 2 HRM books
- Third Prize: N75,000 and 2 HRM books
Additionally, all winners will receive:
- Access to a network of employers
- Free registration as student members of CIPM (for non-members)

Submission of Entries
All entries must include the following items:
- ID card from the student’s current institution
- Copy of the admission letter to the student’s current institution
- One recent passport-sized photograph
- Current mobile telephone number and email address
